You may require a Regionbuild Account to use some of our Services. This account will be assigned to you by an administrator such as a department overseer at a convention or assembly, or a group overseer in your congregation. You cannot create your own account.
You are responsible for all activity that happens on or through your Regionbuild Account. To protect the integrity of your Regionbuild Account you undertake to keep your password confidential and you will not share your account with anyone else.
To provide some of our Services to you we may need to record personal information such as your name and email address. We take your privacy very seriously. Regionbuild’s Privacy Policy explains how we treat your personal information.
We hope that you will enjoy using our Services! We strive to provide them to you with a reasonable level of skill, commitment and care. However other than as expressly stated in these Terms of Service, Regionbuild does not make any specific promise or warranties about its Services. We do not make any commitments about the specific functions, reliability, availability or ability of the Services to meet your needs. Regionbuild provides its Services “as is”.
Regionbuild will not be liable for any loss or damages of any kind that may arise from the use of its Services, or from information made available to you through them.
While accuracy of data is our goal, we do not warrant that any information on our services are accurate, complete, or current. Regionbuild's services could include errors.
We may modify these terms of service to accommodate changes to the law or changes to our Services. We will always indicate the date when the last changes were published. If significant changes are made a prominent notice will be displayed.
Please look at the terms regularly. If you do not agree to the modified terms for a Service you should immediately discontinue your use of that Service. By using our Services, you agree to be bound by the then current version of these Terms of Service.
If our Terms of Service in another language conflict with the English version, the English version takes precedence.
